Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from start to finish.

You will manage schedules, budgets, quality and safety while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities to ensure contractual requirements are met. • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction, with experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage project schedule, budget, quality, safety and overall project performance.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project team
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Review and manage project costs, variations, claims and commercial matters.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations, quality standards and WSH requirements.
