The role requires a strong technical background with hands-on exposure to Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, EDI, and MDM, along with senior program management skills in planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering technology-driven projects.
• PM with strong management and governance capabilities.
• Hands-on exposure to Boomi integrations and architecture.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation practices.
• Banking client migrations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers and technical professionals.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Oversee architecture, design, and development with Technical Lead to ensure best practices.
• Present status, solutions, and risks to clients and stakeholders clearly.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Coordinate delivery of integration workstreams (Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, EDI, MDM).
• Track milestones, manage scope changes, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Review architecture for scalability, reliability, and security; ensure governance artifacts are produced.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong technical background combined with proven experience in managing and delivering complex, technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be technically sound with a strong management skillset, overseeing the end-to-end delivery process while leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers, developers, and other technical professionals.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• In collaboration with the Technical Lead, oversee the architecture, design, and development of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, while relying on strong technical judgment to evaluate feasibility and risk.
• Present project status, technical solutions, and risks to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes knowledge sharing and teamwork.
• Coordinate integration solution delivery involving Boomi AtomSphere, API Management, EDI, and MDM components, ensuring alignment between technical design and project timelines.
• Track project milestones, manage scope changes, and ensure adherence to delivery commitments across integration workstreams.
• Review and validate integration architecture for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Ensure high-level and low-level design documents (HLD, LLD) and other project governance artifacts are produced and maintained.
  

Required Skills

• Minimum5 years of experience managing technology/integration projects, with at least 3years in a lead or project management capacity.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Technically sound with hands-on exposure to Boomi Integrations design and implementation, or similar integration technologies.
• Experience in various SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Experience in Banking client migrations projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
• Strong expertise with:
  • Boomi AtomSphere
  • API Management (API Gateways, REST/SOAP, OAuth)
  • EDI, MDM (optional but preferred)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Databases (SQL/NoSQL), flat files, message queues
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Familiar with JSON, XML, XSLT, Groovy/JavaScript scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate technical teams.
• Strong documentation and architectural thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Certification in Cloud (AWS)
• Certification in Database (Oracle)
• Certification in IPAAS (MuleSoft or Boomi) Solutions
• Familiarity with modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless).

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
