Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to coordinate cross-branch deployment initiatives.

You will manage schedules, dependencies, and milestones for network rollout and infrastructure delivery. You will liaise with branch managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely installation and handover, with a focus on clear communication between Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and English-speaking technical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Project Management.
• Experience managing infrastructure deployment or branch/network rollout projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate infrastructure-related project activities across multiple branch locations.
• Orchestrate and communicate with branch managers regarding the delivery, installation, and implementation of branch routers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, branch managers, vendors, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure activities.
• Track project schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate logistics and installation activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines.
• Manage and follow up on issues, risks, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and English-speaking technical/project teams.
• Support the project through to successful completion and handover.
