Job summary

INNOVATIQ TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a professional to manage IT infrastructure and network project initiatives across multiple branches.

You will coordinate delivery, installation, and implementation of branch routers, working with branch managers and internal teams. You will track schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion, and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Project Management.
• Experience managing infrastructure deployment or branch/network rollout projects preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure-related project activities across multiple branch locations.
• Orchestrate delivery, installation, and implementation of branch routers with branch managers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, branch managers, vendors, and technical teams for smooth execution.
• Track project schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate logistics and installation activities and align stakeholders on timelines.
• Manage and follow up on issues, risks, and dependencies impacting delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and English-speaking teams.
• Support the project through to successful completion and handover.

• Coordinate logistics and installation activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines.
• Manage and follow up on issues, risks, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
• Provide regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication between Japanese-speaking business stakeholders and English-speaking technical/project teams.
• Support the project through to successful completion and handover.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Project Management.
• Experience managing infrastructure deployment or branch/network rollout projects would be highly preferred.
