Job summary

RISKDATA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software or product development lifecycles in a dynamic environment in Singapore.

You will lead plans, budgets, governance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring quality outcomes through disciplined execution and clear communication with users, project teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including participation in full software or product development cycles.
• Experience with Agile methodology and past development experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project execution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery of defined goals and outcomes
• Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide execution
• Engage and communicate effectively with business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations
• Conduct regular project status meetings and deliver clear updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency
• Resolve stakeholder conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum and collaboration
