Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• 5–10 years in facade, building envelope or curtain wall project management.

• Proven track record delivering facade packages from start to handover.

Job description

We are partnering with a global facade firm delivering building envelope, curtain wall and cladding systems across commercial, residential and mixed-use developments in Singapore.

This role owns end-to-end project delivery for facade packages — from contract award through design coordination, fabrication, installation and handover.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle for facade packages including curtain walls, cladding, aluminium systems and glazing — from contract review and programme planning through to final handover
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, structural engineers and façade consultants on design development, shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs
• Oversee fabrication schedules and liaise with suppliers and fabricators to ensure materials are produced and delivered on programme
• Plan and supervise site installation works; monitor progress, resolve on-site issues and maintain quality standards
• Track project costs, identify variations and manage claims and progress payment applications
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations and workmanship standards
• Chair and attend site meetings; prepare and issue meeting minutes, progress reports and look-ahead programmes
• Coordinate mock-up and testing requirements (water tightness, structural, thermal) and manage defects and rectification works
• Work with the estimation and design team during tender or pre-construction phase as required

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or a related discipline
• 5–10 years of experience in facade, building envelope or curtain wall project management, with a subcontractor or specialist facade company
• Solid technical knowledge of facade systems including aluminium curtain walls, unitised systems, cladding, glazing and waterproofing
• Able to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings and specifications
• Proven track record delivering facade packages independently from start to handover
• Strong coordination and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across design, fabrication and site teams
• Familiar with Singapore BCA regulations, site safety requirements and construction contractual frameworks
