Job summary

Careerally Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead the full delivery of electrical works for a major project in Central Singapore. You will manage the project team, subcontractors, budget and schedule from inception to handover.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of electrical PM experience in construction, and a strong background with HV/LV systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of electrical PM experience in construction.
• Subcontractor construction background strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HV/LV systems, cabling, switchboards and transformers.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; BIM/Revit knowledge is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall project management, schedules, budgets and execution plans.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, WSH coordinators and subcontractors.
• Handle monthly payment claims, variation orders (VO) and EOT submissions.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and clients to mitigate site issues.
• Manage approvals for MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and RFIs.
• Lead testing, commissioning, OMM handover and the DLP programme.
