Job summary

maxhunt resource pte. ltd. seeks a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead electrical construction projects in Singapore. You will manage schedules, budgets and resources while coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure safe, timely completion.

Requires 6–10 years' experience, at least one completed HDB BTO project, and strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning; MS Office and AutoCAD are advantages.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years' experience as Project Manager / Project Engineer in electrical construction.
• Minimum 1 completed HDB BTO project is REQUIRED.
• Experience in HDB, residential or building electrical projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.
• Strong communication, coordination and management skills.
• Ability to lead site teams, subcontractors and workers effectively.
• Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards, safety requirements and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.

• Ensuring all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards and safety regulations
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to the project team
