Job summary

SUMMIT WORKFORCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across multiple sites, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

You will plan scope, schedules, resources, coordinate teams and stakeholders, manage costs and procurement, monitor progress, and uphold quality to meet client specifications and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience in project costing, budgeting, material control, and manpower planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects/tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage electrical construction projects from start to completion.
• Define project scope, schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project costing and monitor labour, material, and overall project budget.
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Identify project risks and resolve site/project issues promptly.
• Control material usage, procurement requirements, and project resources.
• Conduct team meetings and ensure responsibilities are clearly assigned.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
• Implement quality control to ensure works meet project specifications and client requirements.
• Adjust project plans and resources when required to keep projects on track.

Salary: SGD 4,500

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

May be required to stay back for critical project works
