Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead the integration and delivery of ICT infrastructure across multi-platform environments. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, manage scope, and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Role requires on-site supervision of deployments, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver comprehensive reporting and documentation aligned with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in ICT.
• PMP or CITPM certifications are required.
• Engineering background with understanding of patch cabling is a plus.
• Expert in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet schedule.
• Managing variations to scope following change management process.
• Responding to escalations in a timely manner and to closure.
• On-site direction of technical deployment when necessary.
• Produce and present kick-off, project meetings, and resource scheduling with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through engagement and reporting per company standards.
• Deliver project reporting and technical documentation per schedule.
• Assist Sales during contract bid phases.

Job description

Project managing the integration and delivery of infrastructure, network and systems in complex multi-platform and multi-product environments. Projects likely to have multiple external and internal stakeholders within project with resourcing from cross functional internal groups and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.
• Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.
• Managing variations to scope following the change management process.
• Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.
• Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.
• Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.
• Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.
• Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.
• Deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.
• Be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.
• Completing of projects within budget and schedule.
• Participate and support Sales at the contract bid phase.

Certification - Candidate must possess valid PMP or CITPM certifications.

Skillsets:

• At least 5 years of project management experience in ICT.
• A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.
• Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.
• Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.
• An expert in all aspect of vendor management.
• Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.
• Possesses tenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.
• Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.
• Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.
