Job summary

u3 infotech pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of digital wealth management initiatives and e-statement processing for financial clients. You will coordinate business, technology, operations, vendors, and regulators to ensure on-time, within-budget implementations that meet regulatory and security standards.

This role focuses on governance, testing, vendor coordination, and delivering excellent client experience and operational excellence across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, testing, rollout, and post-implementation review
• Establish and manage project governance, reporting structure, milestones, RAID logs, and provide updates for project steering committee
• Ensure delivery aligns with FI change management, SDLC, and control frameworks
• Manage enhancements of digital wealth platforms (portfolio view, transactions, advisory tools)
• Oversee e-Statement, e-Advice, and document delivery systems and vendor integrations

Job description

Role: Project Manager - Digital Wealth Management & e-Statement Processing

Role Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives related to Wealth Management platforms and electronic statement generation and distribution, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards of a Financial Institution.

This role bridges business, technology, operations, vendors, and regulators to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital capabilities for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Governance

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, testing, rollout, and post-implementation review
• Establish and manage project governance, reporting structure, milestones, RAID logs, and provide updates for project steering committee
• Ensure delivery aligns with FI change management, SDLC, and control frameworks

Digital Wealth Management Systems

• Manage enhancement of digital wealth platforms (e.g. portfolio view, transactions, advisory tools, suitability checks)
• Coordinate with front-office (RM), product, compliance, and IT teams to perform various testing life cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression)
• Oversee system integrations with core banking, CRM, market data vendors, and reporting platforms
• Ensure solutions meet client experience, performance, and scalability requirements

e-Statement Processing & Document Digitisation

• Manage projects involving statement generation, formatting, archival, and digital distribution
• Oversee implementation of e-Statement, e-Advice, or regulatory document delivery systems
• Ensure compliance with:Record retention and audit requirementsData privacy and information security policiesClient consent and communication standards
• Coordinate with vendors providing document composition, print-to-digital, or CCM (Customer Communication Management) solutions
