Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end technology and banking projects in Singapore. You will define scope, timelines, resources and success criteria while governing budgets, risks, and reporting.

You will coordinate cybersecurity workstreams and collaborate with security SMEs to manage risks and remediation activities. The role requires 7+ years in PM within banking/financial services, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial services knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering technology, digital transformation, or regulatory-driven projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and governance skills.
• Experience in project budgeting, risk management, reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and managing regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security controls.

Responsibilities

This is a 6‑month agency contract role (extendable/renewable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Atleast 7 years of Project/Program Management experience, within banking or financial services knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering technology, digital transformation, or regulatory-driven projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and governance skills.
• Experience in project budgeting, risk management, reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and managing regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity-related initiatives.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security controls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as IAM, PAM, SOC, Cloud Security, and Vulnerability Management is good to have.
• Exposure to platforms such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Splunk, or similar enterprise security solutions is good to have.
