Job summary

Hong Fong Interior & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced project leader to guide interior construction projects from planning through handover. You will oversee renovation, A&A, commercial, and condo projects with full ownership, coordinating with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, multi-project management, and excellent communication to ensure on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Singapore experience in renovation / A&A / commercial / residential (condo) projects.
• Strong understanding of local regulations, submission processes, and site practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational skills.
• Good technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
