MRETTY CUSTOM FURNITURE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of custom furniture installations in Singapore. You will coordinate measurement, production handover, and on-site execution, ensuring timely completion and quality.

You will liaise with customers, installers, and suppliers, review drawings, and manage budgets while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in custom furniture, interior fit-out, or renovation.
• Strong understanding of furniture installation processes, measurements, and site coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage customers, installers, and suppliers.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and measurement plans.
• Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., Excel, WhatsApp, email) for scheduling and reporting.
• Able to communicate in English and/or Mandarin.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsabilités

• Manage full project cycle for custom furniture installations, from site measurement and confirmation to delivery and final handover.
• Coordinate and schedule installation teams, drivers, and deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
• Review drawings, measurements, and material lists to ensure accuracy before production and installation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, check installation quality, and address on-site problems.
• Liaise with the factory, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure materials and components are ready on schedule.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and minimize wastage or rework.
• Handle post-installation follow-ups, including defect rectification and customer satisfaction checks.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Ensure all work complies with site safety regulations and company standards.
