Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a project manager in Singapore to oversee security systems deployments, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and coordinate with stakeholders from project initiation through support handover.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with at least 2 years in security systems implementation, plus PMP certification. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, client training, reporting to PMO, and cost control for profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT with at least 2 years in security systems implementation and PMP Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise CCTV System, Access Control System and Intruder Detection System required.
• Experience with project management and knowledge in SDLC and Security-by-Design lifecycle preferred.
• Experience in MS Project and Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Attend project working group meetings to monitor status and quality of assigned projects.
• Conduct Steering Committee meetings to update higher level management if required.
• Ensure works on site are performed in accordance with approved drawings and instructions.
• Conduct training on deployed security system for customers.
• Conduct customer feedback survey upon completion of each project to gauge installation quality and customer experience.
• Ensure project is delivered on time.
• Resolve and mitigate issues encountered for assigned project.
• Identify, resolve/mitigate and escalate issues and risks.
• Submit required reports and metrics required by Project Management Office.
• Maintain profitability of project by controlling costs and achieving effective outcomes, including resource deployment with site manager and sub-contractor cost optimization.
• Work with internal stakeholders upon project commissioning to transition into operation and support phase.
• Handle technical and engineering matters.
• Member of bid management team providing resource requirements and project management plan.

Skills & Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT industry with at least 2 years in security systems implementation and PMP Certification or equivalent

• Working experience with enterprise CCTV System, Access Control System and Intruder Detection System required

• Experience with project management and knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Security-by-Design (SBD) lifecycle preferred

• Experience in MS Project and Visio preferred
