Michael Page on behalf of an established financial services organisation in Singapore seeks a Project Manager Real Estate to lead complex workplace and portfolio initiatives. The role covers planning through handover, with senior stakeholder engagement and governance oversight.

You will manage budgets, timelines and procurement across relocations, refurbishments and fit-outs in a multinational environment. Contract is 1 year with potential for extension.

Qualificações

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional certifications such as RICS, PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of independently delivering real estate projects from initiation through completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead real estate and workplace projects from planning through implementation, handover and review.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and governance requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with internal teams, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers to execute property-related initiatives.
• Develop business cases, project plans, reporting materials and recommendations for leadership approval.
• Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, supplier performance and commercial negotiations.
• Support portfolio optimisation activities including relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs and workplace improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, sustainability, operational resilience and internal governance standards.
