Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking an experienced Real Estate/Project Manager to lead strategic workplace and portfolio initiatives for a financial services client. You will drive projects from planning to review, manage budgets and governance, and collaborate with landlords, consultants and suppliers.

The role involves delivering complex real estate initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and governance standards in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, property, facilities or project management.
• Demonstrated track record of independently delivering real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of commercial property, workplace solutions, fit-outs, relocations and lease-related activities.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, procurement processes, consultants and external vendors.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate and workplace projects from planning through implementation, handover and review.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks and governance requirements to ensure successful delivery.
• Partner with internal teams, landlords, consultants, contractors and suppliers to execute property-related initiatives.
• Develop business cases, project plans, reporting materials and recommendations for leadership approval.
• Oversee procurement activities, contract administration, supplier performance and commercial negotiations.
• Support portfolio optimisation activities including relocations, refurbishments, fit-outs and workplace improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, sustainability, operational resilience and internal governance standards.

• Degree in a relevant discipline and professional certifications such as RICS, PMP or PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
