Job summary

cmc-apac private limited is seeking a role responsible for governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight for website maintenance and enhancements. The candidate will manage requirements, coordinate with hosting and security teams, and ensure compliance with ICT standards.

The role covers SIT/UAT oversight, deployment approvals, and documentation, with an emphasis on CMS-based site maintenance and enhancement projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Familiarity with CMS, content governance, release planning.
• Experience with Sitefinity or Sitecore hosted on a Government Content Website Platform is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for website maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Gather requirements and analyze; translate into functional specs and plans.
• Manage maintenance and enhancement requests across the project lifecycle.
• Plan schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Oversee enhancement implementation, including template modifications, content optimisation and system improvements.
• Ensure web services meet agreed availability, performance, security and quality standards.
• Coordinate with hosting, security and technical teams for operational stability.
• Work with Operations Support Engineers to address security-related enquiries within required compliance timelines.
• Oversee SIT and UAT activities; obtain approvals prior to production deployment.
• Ensure adherence to ICT security requirements, DSS, IM8 requirements and audit obligations; maintain documentation.

Role Purpose

Responsible for project governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight for website maintenance and enhancement services.

Primary Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Requirements Management

• Act as the main contact point for all website maintenance and enhancement matters.
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis activities.
• Engage stakeholders to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and implementation plans.

Project Delivery Management

• Manage maintenance and enhancement requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and control schedules, resources, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Oversee enhancement implementation, including template modifications, content optimisation and system improvements.

Service Quality & Operations

• Ensure web services meet agreed standards for availability, performance, security and quality.
• Coordinate with hosting, security and technical teams to ensure operational stability.
• Work with Operations Support Engineers to address security-related enquiries within required compliance timelines.

Testing & Deployment

• Oversee SIT and UAT activities.
• Obtain necessary approvals prior to production deployment.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ICT security requirements, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements and audit obligations.
• Prepare progress reports, issue logs and utilisation reports.
• Maintain project documentation, change records and handover materials.

Relevant Experience

• Experience managing website maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Experience covering requirements gathering, project planning, release coordination, issue management and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), content governance, release management and enhancement planning.
• Experience managing Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on a Government Content Website Platform will be advantageous.
