Job summary

CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced website operations professional in Singapore to maintain and enhance GovTech’s Optical CMS environments. The role covers day-to-day site maintenance, content updates, and implementing approved enhancements within a production support framework.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure secure, compliant and timely site operations, assist with CMS upgrades, monitor performance, and support SIT/UAT and post-deployment verification tasks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting GovTech’s Optical CMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day website maintenance activities.
• Execute content updates and minor enhancements.
• Implement approved enhancements, including template changes, component improvements and feature updates.
• Administer and support website content updates on GovTech’s Optical CMS.
• Assist with CMS upgrades, patching activities and compatibility assessments.
• Monitor website performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Conduct defect fixing, preventive maintenance and optimisation activities.
• Respond to incidents within agreed service levels.
• Support SIT activities.
• Support UAT activities.
• Perform post-deployment verification tasks.
• Partner with the Project Manager to address security issues within required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with ICT security policies, DSS requirements, IM8 requirements, data protection obligations and audit requirements.
• Analyse, remediate, test and close vulnerabilities identified through VAPT exercises, security scans, audits and security advisories.
• Support validation and verification of remediation measures within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Support reporting and operational documentation requirements.

Role Purpose

Responsible for hands-on website maintenance, enhancement implementation and production support services.

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance & Enhancement

• Perform day-to-day website maintenance activities.
• Execute content updates and minor enhancements.
• Implement approved enhancements, including template changes, component improvements and feature updates.

CMS Administration

• Administer and support website content updates on GovTech’sOptical CMS.
• Assist with CMS upgrades, patching activities and compatibility assessments.

Production Support

• Monitor website performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Testing Support

• Support SIT activities.
• Support UAT activities.
• Perform post-deployment verification tasks.

Security & Compliance

• Partner with the Project Manager to address security issues within required timelines.
• Ensure compliance with ICT security policies, DSS requirements, IM8 requirements, data protection obligations and audit requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

• Support reporting and operational documentation requirements.

Relevant Experience

• Hands-on experience supporting GovTech’sOptical CMS environments.
• Experience providing website operations and maintenance support.
• Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, system monitoring, deployments, releases and enhancement implementation.
• Experience supporting Sitefinity or Sitecore websites hosted on a Government Content Website Platform(CWP) will be advantageous.
• Experience remediating web application vulnerabilities and VAPT findings, including verification of implemented fixes, will be advantageous.
