Custera O&M Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure maintenance, renewal and upgrading projects from planning through handover.

You will be accountable for safe delivery, programme, quality, cost, contract performance and stakeholder coordination in active operating environments. The role requires regular site attendance and may involve ad hoc shift work to meet milestones.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant civil or infrastructure experience, including delivery of projects or packages.
• PMP, professional engineering registration or relevant project/safety certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall project planning, mobilization, execution, monitoring, testing, handover and close-out.
• Establish the project execution strategy, master programme, resource plan, reporting structure and key performance controls.
• Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers and support functions with clear responsibilities and delivery expectations.
• Review technical submissions, construction methods, risk assessments, work sequences and temporary or access arrangements.
• Monitor progress, productivity, budget, cashflow and commercial performance; initiate corrective or recovery actions where required.
• Work with the Quantity Surveyor on procurement, variations, claims, payment matters and final accounts.
• Ensure full compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, project quality plans, WSH requirements and applicable regulations.
• Manage project risks, opportunities, interfaces, changes, constraints and escalations through timely decisions and documented actions.
• Lead progress, coordination, safety and management meetings with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Provide accurate reports and forecasts to senior management, and support tender, proposal or business-development activities when required.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement across the project.

About the Role

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant civil or infrastructure experience, including proven responsibility for project or package delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project programme, resources, cost, quality, safety and contractual obligations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Good working knowledge of construction methods, contract administration, statutory requirements and project controls.
• Experience in rail, tunnel, under ground infrastructure, maintenance or live operating environments is an advantage.
• PMP, professional engineering registration or relevant project/safety certification is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

The role requires regular attendance at project sites. The incumbent must be prepared to perform ad hoc shift work or attend site outside normal working hours when project activities, incidents or milestones require it.
