Hamilton Barnes is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale GPU infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. You will oversee deployments from M&E-ready data halls to AI compute environments, with about 30% travel across APAC, and work on-site in Singapore.

You will coordinate customers, data centre providers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth handover to operations. The role requires a technical mindset and hands-on data centre experience.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering infrastructure deployments, ideally GPU clusters, HPC or large-scale data centre builds.
• Hands-on experience in data centre environments, server deployments, networking or HPC infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of the deployment lifecycle from data hall takeover through IST/Cx to handover.
• Familiarity with colocation environments and working with data centre providers, OEMs and logistics partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate customers, vendors and internal teams to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead End-to-End Delivery: Own GPU cluster deployments from takeover of M&E-ready data halls through installation, testing and commissioning to final handover.
• Orchestrate Stakeholders: Act as the central coordinator between customers, data centre providers, infrastructure vendors, logistics partners and internal engineering teams.
• Deliver On Time and Operationally Ready: Drive schedules, manage risks and dependencies, ensuring GPU clusters and AI compute environments go live on time and to spec.
• Own the Handover: Ensure a smooth transition from deployment into the operations team, with nothing lost between build and run.
• Stay Hands-On Technically: Understand the operational and technical detail of GPU clusters, AI infrastructure platforms and colocation environments.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and technically minded, working on the ground in data halls and taking projects from empty, M&E-ready space to fully operational AI compute environments, with around 30% travel across APAC.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven project management experience delivering infrastructure deployments, ideally GPU clusters, HPC or large-scale data centre builds.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of: data centre environments, server deployments, networking or high-performance computing infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of the deployment lifecycle, from data hall takeover through installation, testing and commissioning (IST/Cx) to operational handover.
• Familiarity with colocation environments and working alongside data centre providers, OEMs and logistics partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to coordinate customers, vendors and internal engineering teams and hold them to timelines.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Singapore, and able to travel around 30% across APAC for on-site work.
