Job summary

The Project Manager AI Delivery is accountable for planning and delivering AI-enabled projects across the B2C Digital Experience portfolio, spanning both the web and app. Working across streams, this role takes AI initiatives from scoping through to delivery, coordinating the cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technical partners required to execute against scope, timeline, and budget.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects: defining scope, milestones, resourcing needs, and success criteria
• Translate business and product requirements into structured project plans that technical and vendor teams can execute against
• Build and maintain delivery plans, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and budget against agreed targets
• Ensure consistency of delivery approach and documentation regardless of which stream a project is running in
• Apply standard project governance practices consistently across all assigned projects
• Act as the link between the product owners and technical/ engineering resources for AI-related work
• Manage relationships with external AI vendors and technology partners engaged on specific projects, including timelines, deliverables, and quality of output
• Coordinate with the product owners on vendor governance and commercial terms where projects involve procurement
• When AI projects touch app functionalities setting under EU MDR, FDA and other reglated bodies, this role will coordinate with the internal teams to ensure the associated change-control and documentation requirements are met
• Maintain project documentation to a standard suitable for audit and stakeholder review
• Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership and steering forums and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on the status of AI initiatives in digital

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field e.g Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering technology or digital projects; demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse markets and cultures.
• Comfortable with AI project-specific risks (data quality/availability dependencies, model validation and testing cycles, human-in-the-loop review requirements) and building these into delivery plans
• Comfortable working in project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with CRM and tracking tools
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and terminology sufficient to hold vendors accountable on technical claims
• Ability to manage budget, timeline, and scope simultaneously across multiple projects
• Deep understanding of product development cycles
• Exposure to responsible AI or AI governance practices
