Job summary

Sonova invites a Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager (Web & App) to drive execution, quality assurance, and rollout of web and mobile capabilities across its global digital ecosystem. You will manage timelines, dependencies and sprint velocity from inception to live deployment, partnering with international business units to embed new features in local markets.

This hybrid role requires a hands-on approach to UAT, end-to-end delivery, and strong change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of digital project management or delivery experience in web development and/or native mobile applications, or international digital marketing environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex timelines with distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced matrix organisation.
• Proven, hands-on track record of conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), front-end QA testing, and identifying technical web bugs.
• Solid background in change management, software rollouts, or operational onboarding, specifically guiding business users to adopt new tech capabilities.
• Omnichannel Project Management: high proficiency in modern delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban), sprint planning mechanics, and milestone tracking.
• Cross-platform quality assurance: strong understanding of how web interfaces should perform across mobile and desktop environments, with an analytical approach to debugging layout and functional flaws.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End project delivery: shape, manage, and execute detailed project roadmaps and delivery timelines for web & app feature rollouts, content migrations, and platform optimisation initiatives across all global markets.
• Rigorous delivery governance: keep the team meticulously organised by managing project dependencies, mapping risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring every technical detail is completely vetted.
• Hands-On Quality & UAT Testing: lead the practical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles; test new web components and features across devices to identify bugs before production.
• Operational market embedding: act as the primary change-agent responsible for transitioning new web & app capabilities from the tech teams into live country operations.
• Cross-Functional delivery speed: facilitate high-paced collaboration between product owners, designers, analytics specialists, and our tech teams, running agile alignment sessions.
• Market Launch readiness & hypercare: coordinate global launch readiness checklists, manage localised market communication loops, and provide structured hypercare support.

Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager

The Digital Delivery & Implementation Manager (Web & App) is a highly organised, hands-on hybrid role responsible for driving the successful execution, quality assurance, and operational rollout of web and mobile app capabilities across Sonova’s global digital ecosystem. Managing project timelines, platform dependencies, and sprint delivery velocity from inception through to release and live deployment, this role bridges digital governance with tactical execution. The position leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles across web and native mobile apps (iOS and Android) to guarantee flawless technical quality, whilst working directly with international business units to successfully embed new digital features into local market operations

In this role, you will be in charge of:

• End-to-End project delivery: shape, manage, and execute detailed project roadmaps and delivery timelines for web & app feature rollouts, content migrations, and platform optimisation initiatives across all global markets.
• Rigorous delivery governance: keep the team meticulously organised by managing project dependencies, mapping risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring every technical detail is completely vetted (dotting the i's and crossing the t's).
• Hands-On Quality & UAT Testing: roll up your sleeves and lead the practical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles. Physically test new web components, forms, and features within Contentstack and across various device breakpoints to identify bugs before they hit production.
• Operational market embedding: act as the primary change-agent responsible for transitioning new web & app capabilities from the tech teams into live country operations. Ensure local teams successfully adopt new digital tools and integrate them into their daily workflows.
• Cross-Functional delivery speed: facilitate high-paced collaboration between product owners, designers, analytics specialists, and our tech teams, running agile alignment sessions to remove operational blockers.
• Market Launch readiness & hypercare: coordinate global launch readiness checklists, manage localised market communication loops, and provide structured
