Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks an experienced ACMV Project Lead to plan, execute, and deliver ACMV projects across various sectors. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and authorities to ensure project success within scope and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with a solid background in ACMV systems, testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in ACMV projects across construction, infra, commercial, or residential sectors.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, testing and commissioning, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ACMV project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients and authorities.
• Oversee ACMV engineering activities including installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor progress, resources, costs, risks, and contractual obligations with mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, WSH, and company policies while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and successful delivery of ACMV projects, ensuring objectives are achieved within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities to support effective project delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee ACMV engineering activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor project progress, resources, costs, risks, and contractual obligations, and implement appropriate mitigation or corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, quality standards, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, company policies, and ethical business practices while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in managing or supporting ACMV projects within construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional, or other built environment sectors.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning, and maintenance practices.
• Understanding of project management principles, contract administration, risk management, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organisational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
