Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant / Project Manager to ensure successful ACMV project delivery in the built environment. You will plan, lead, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree (or diploma) with extensive experience in ACMV operations across construction, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems and building services.
• Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery within built environment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and authorities across the lifecycle.
• Oversee electrical engineering works including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor progress, risks, costs, and contractual obligations; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, quality standards, and WSH requirements.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and documentation for management and client review.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

The Assistant / Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Mechanical services such as ACMV systems within the built environment sector. The role oversees project planning, execution, stakeholder management, safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of ACMV systems in within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee electrical engineering works, including installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, costs, and contractual obligations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and documentation for management and client review.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance, including anti-corruption, anti-competition, conflict of interest, human rights, fair employment, and responsible business conduct.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in handling ACMV operations for construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional, or other built environment projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems and maintenance, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning.
• Good understanding of project management, contract administration, risk management, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
