Job summary

sf (2018) construction pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to lead daily site operations for a Main Contractor.

You will coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality, and drive project progress on A&A projects. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in site management with a Main Contractor in Singapore, with strong A&A, condo, commercial, or institutional project experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of site management experience with a Main Contractor in Singapore.
• Strong experience in A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.
• Experience in Condominium, Commercial, or Institutional building projects is welcome.
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site coordination.
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and daily site activities efficiently.
• Familiar with drawings and able to resolve site issues.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all daily site construction activities.
• Plan, organize, and monitor site progress to ensure on-schedule work.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E works to avoid conflicts.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and safety on site.
• Attend site meetings with Project Manager, Architects, Consultants and Clients.
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare daily site reports and update project progress.
• Mentor and supervise site supervisors and foremen to improve productivity.

Candidates with strong execution skills and experience in A&A projects are highly preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in Condominium, Commercial, or Institutional building projects are also welcome.
