Job summary

Fuku is seeking a Project Manager (C&S) to plan and oversee construction projects in Singapore. Based at our Tai Seng office, you will coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

You will use AutoCAD for briefings and Microsoft Project to present timelines to clients, maintain documentation, and report progress to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
• Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
• Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
• Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
