Job summary

H SUNLIGHT ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex site projects, from planning to handover.

The role requires leading site teams, coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies, and delivering on time and within budget. You will ensure safety and quality, and prepare progress reports and variation orders, while handling delay analysis and final settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction site project management experience.
• Possess relevant construction degree qualification.
• Familiar with Singapore building standards, BCA & MOM regulations.
• Strong knowledge in civil & building construction works.
• Able to manage full project progress, cost and manpower independently.
• Candidates with existing valid Singapore work pass or eligible for EP/SP pass are welcome.
