Job summary

St Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager in Singapore to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget across defence-related information systems projects.

The role requires handling all lifecycle stages, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with PMP/CITPM certification viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management.
• Experience leading project teams.
• Experience in all stages of the project lifecycle (planning, requirements, design, testing, rollout, ops).
• Fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical AI.
• Experience delivering projects for defence sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage project risks.
• Control project costs, schedule and quality using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report progress to management and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead and develop the project team and manage relationships with clients.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Qualities We Value

• Proven working experience with 4years in project management and would be advantageous if leading project team.
• Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle, e.g. planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, rollout and transition to Ops.
• Experience in managing information systems projects
• Possess fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence
• Experienced in delivering projects for the defence sector will be a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / CITPM certification is a plus
