Job summary

DAIYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead landed residential projects. You will plan, coordinate and drive project progress, ensuring safety and compliance with approved plans, schedules, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction/project management.
• Experience with Good Class Bungalow (GCB) projects is preferred.
• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project coordination and site management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage landed residential construction projects.
• Oversee project progress, ensuring works are completed according to schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage site operations and ensure construction works comply with approved plans, specifications and regulations.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, materials and manpower.
• Identify and resolve site and project issues promptly.
• Ensure workplace safety requirements are strictly followed.
