Job summary

Daiya Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead landed residential projects, ensuring progress on schedule, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, oversee safety, and drive efficient site operations with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in construction/project management.
• GCB project experience is preferred.
• Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Plan, coordinate and manage landed residential construction projects.

Requirements
