Job summary

PIONEER CORROSION ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to manage landed residential projects on-site in Singapore. The role requires coordinating subcontractors, verifying drawings and schedules, and ensuring workmanship meets project standards.

The successful candidate will lead on-site activities, monitor progress with photos, enforce safety, and liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, and office team to maintain smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising landed residential construction in Singapore.
• Able to read construction and architectural drawings.
• Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site works for landed residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and deliveries.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Check workmanship and identify defects or incorrect works early.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants and office team on site matters.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates with photos.
• Plan upcoming works and ensure manpower/materials are ready.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site organisation.
• Monitor site safety and ensure workers/subcontractors follow safety requirements.
• Attend site inspections and assist with consultant/client inspections.
• Keep track of variations, site instructions and completed works.
• Assist with testing, defect rectification and project handover.

• Responsible, organised and willing to be hands-on at site.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic WhatsApp, photo reporting and documentation skills.
