Big Image Group is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support leadership in site surveys, budgeting, and coordinating signage, fit-out, and event builds in Singapore.

You will read drawings, track progress, liaise with subcontractors and clients, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards. At least 2 years of project management experience in construction is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related construction field.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Proficient in MS Office; capable of preparing budgets and reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, site coordination, and quality management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Directors and Sales Managers in site surveys and briefs to support planning.
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet schedules and quality.
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to progress projects.
• Identify site issues and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, preliminary costs, quotes, and cost reports.
• Track progress, timelines, and quality; provide regular progress updates.
• Review drawings and assist in method statements, risk assessments, and safety docs.
• Manage project documentation to ensure compliance.

Job Summary

Support project leadership by managing site surveys, coordinating teams, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely, quality project delivery in signage, fit-out, and event build-up projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Directors and Sales Managers in conducting site surveys and developing project-specific architectural briefs to support effective project planning and execution
• Coordinate with Production and Installation teams to deliver projects on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Liaise with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve issues
• Identify and assess site issues impacting schedules, recommending practical solutions to mitigate delays
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, preliminary costs, quotations, and cost reports to ensure cost control and profitability
• Track project progress, workmanship, timelines, and quality, providing regular verbal and written progress updates
• Review technical drawings and assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and site safety documentation
• Manage project documentation to ensure compliance with project and site requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project coordination skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of project budgeting, cost control, site coordination, and quality management
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related construction field
