Job summary

patience construction pte ltd is seeking a project manager to oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. The role includes planning, budgeting, resource allocation and progress monitoring to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with consultants, architects, authorities and contractors, lead site meetings, and ensure strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from start to completion.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control on project.
• Involvement in planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.

• Manage the value and cost data of the project to ensure budgets are met
• Conduct regular site meeting and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, architects and contractors to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained on time
• Involve in technical discussion, progress meeting with client, consultant and main or sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance to quality and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in minor sewer /water main works/plumbing
