Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a diligent Civil/EE engineering professional to support on-site project execution. You will conduct site surveys, assist in planning, and propose suitable routing for construction works to meet design intent and safety standards.

You will prepare and submit project documents to authorities, liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors, and assist the Project Manager with daily site operations, manpower and site activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil engineering or EE engineering
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, assist in project planning and propose suitable routing for construction works.
• Prepare, coordinate and submit project-related documents, permits and applications to relevant authorities.
• Liaise with authorities, clients, consultants, subcontractors and other relevant parties on project matters.
• Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations, including coordinating manpower, subcontractors and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are carried out according to project schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate site inspections, meetings and follow up on outstanding project matters.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, site records and other relevant paperwork.
• Assist in arranging materials, equipment and manpower required for site operations.
• Ensure site activities comply with safety regulations and company requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
