Job summary

SIGMA CABLE COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED is recruiting a project coordinator to plan, manage and coordinate progress with site supervisors, sub-contractors and customers in Singapore.

The role focuses on safety, timely milestones, progress reporting, drawings preparation and liaison with customers, with an emphasis on organization, communication and teamwork. Diploma holders with 3+ years' experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and a team player.
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate project progress with site supervisors, sub-contractors and customers to ensure the project milestones and target completion dates are met timely.
• Work with site supervisors and safety officers to monitor and manage sub-contractors in carrying out the project completion safely and efficiently.
• Monitor project inventory and place orders for timely replenishment.
• Arrange for testings in accordance to project progress requirements.
• Resolve issues or complaints on site with site personnel, regulatory authorities and/or members of the public.
• Organise and compile site reports and site copies for administration and customers’ approval.
• Submission of project progress reports.
• Prepare and check drawings for Project Manager’s approval
• Liaise with customers on the project related matters
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
