Job summary

Premium-Rich Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Lead to oversee complex projects in Singapore. You will plan and execute key initiatives, ensuring safety compliance, timely delivery, and adherence to budget.

The role requires coordination between project teams, client representatives, consultants, and authorities. Ideal candidates bring A&A, R&R and Structural Steel experience, strong leadership with hands-on independence, and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel.
• Experience liaising with Town Council.
• Proven leadership and organizing skills.
• Hands-on and able to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to meet quality and timeframe targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies; redesign workflows to mitigate risks.
• Act as main liaison between project teams, client reps, consultants and authorities.
• Review staffing requirements and allocate resources across project phases.
• Manage budget and strive for profit margin targets.
• Implement contract and claim management to protect margins.
• Formulate awards strategy independently.
• Lead tender processes and provide technical inputs to win jobs.
• Drive technology adoption and innovation, including pre-casting.
• Identify staff for succession planning.

Job Descriptions:-

• Ensure proper planning and execution of projects to meet or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe
• Ensure project complies with safety policies, rules and regulations; redesigning work flow and processes if necessary to mitigate safety risks
• Main point of contact and liaison between project teams and the client's representatives, consultants and relevant authorities
• Review staffing requirements and direct allocation of available resources to various phases of the projects
• Manage budget and ensures it achieves beyond target profit margin
• Implement effective contract and claim management to increase the contractual margin and protect Company against liability claims
• Able to formulate awards strategy independently
• Lead tender process and provide technical inputs to secure new jobs
• Embrace and drive company initiatives in areas of Technology adoption, innovation, Pre-casting
• Identify and manage potential staff for succession planning

Job Requirements:-

• Have working experience in A&A, R&R and Structural Steel
• Have experience in liasing with Town Council
• Possess good leadership and organizing skills
• Hands-on person and able to work independently
• Proficient in computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel etc
