is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Singapore to lead building and Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects from planning through handover, emphasising safety, quality and on-time delivery. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, a Civil/Structural Engineering qualification, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience managing A&A or building construction projects.
• Experience with projects of similar scale (residential/commercial A&A) is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and contract administration.

We are a well-established construction and engineering firm with a strong track record in building works and large-scale Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning, coordination, and execution through to handover – for building and A&A works.
