Job summary

Ho2 Design And Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a capable construction supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure projects meet specifications and schedules.

You will liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and consultants, review activities for compliance, and direct planning and execution of project work to completion.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill in both oral and written communications.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and specifications.
• Have in-depth knowledge of materials and building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment and handle several tasks concurrently.
• Strong team philosophy and analytical skills.
• Skill in supervising the work of others.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferred.
• Computer literate.
