Job summary

LEGATUS FORMWORKS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design-build of a life science laboratory located in Kallang, Singapore. This part-time contract role is expected to run through the end of 2027 and may scale up to full-time during peak construction phases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders and external vendors while ensuring the project remains on track from design through to handover.

Experience in construction, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Singapore's regulatory landscape are preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design-build of a life science laboratory in Kallang, Singapore. This is a part‑time contract role (~25 hrs/week on average, with potential to scale up to full‑time during peak construction) running through the end of 2027.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, keeping the project on track from design through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk end‑to‑end
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across locations and time zones
• Manage external contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Track milestones, resolve issues, and escalate decisions as needed
• Prepare regular status reports and lead project meetings
• Conduct site visits at the Kallang location as required

Requirements

• Proven PM experience in construction or technical facility projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction and regulatory landscape is a plus
• Experience in life science, laboratory, or similar technical facilities preferred

Location: Remote (WFH) with occasional on‑site presence in Kallang, Singapore

Commitment: ~25 hours/week (flex to full‑time during peak construction phases)

Duration: Contract through end of 2027 (~18 months)
