Job summary

KION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to oversee and deliver mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will lead site supervision, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. You will review shop drawings and specifications, coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities, enforce safety protocols, and drive quality control to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing M&E projects in construction, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Project management certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders; ensure transparent communication and issue resolution.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site per local regulations and standards.
• Implement quality control; ensure projects meet requirements.

• Implement quality control and ensure projects meet all specified requirements.
