Job summary

K2SD Group in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead luxury interior and renovation projects from concept to handover. You will coordinate vendors, designers, and clients to deliver exceptional spaces.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of project management and related experience.
• Effective bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors, in house designers, and consultants.
• Coordinate and manage full life cycle renovation projects.
• To ensure site matters tallies with the design drawing and design intent.
• Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress weekly.
• Prepare Project Timeline for Principal's review, and present to Client for approval prior to starting work.
• Conduct Quality Checks.
• To ensure defect check prior and after each renovation work, and ensure defect rectification to be satisfactory to the company standard before handing over to Client.
• To arrange the list of Contractors catered for the project prior to the start of the renovation work, and to present to Principal for approval before asking for costing from the Contractors.
• Meeting Contractors and Clients and prepares site meeting agenda and site report.
• Manages subcontractor and supplier directly for the smooth continuity and timely completion of the project.
• Prepares Quotations and Variations, Invoices, when requested.
• To report on design and site clashes report to Designer in Charge (DIC) for design changes.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure day to day defect rectification raise by existing or future clients are arranged for rectification on a timely manner.
• To arrange the list of Contractors catered for the project prior to the start of the renovation work, and to present to Principal for approval before asking for costing from the Contractors.
• Meeting Contractors and Clients and prepares site meeting agenda and site report.
• Manages subcontractor and supplier directly for the smooth continuity and timely completion of the project.
• Prepares Quotations and Variations, Invoices, when requested.
• To report on design and site clashes report to Designer in Charge (DIC) for design changes.
• To have Client’s confirmation prior to any start of site work
• To manage a team of assistant project managers under your care
• To liaise with the Costing Team Personnel for issuing of quotation and invoices (to seek approval from Principal beforehand)
• To liaise with the Design Team to ensure the design provided falls within costing.

Desired Attributes:

• At least 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
