The role requires deep experience in cost control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in turn-key project delivery for the Singapore market. Certifications in PMP or IPMA Level C are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex projects in Air Traffic Control, Naval, or Defense (Communication Systems).
• Certified in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMI, or IPMA Level C).
• Extensive expertise in system engineering models and integrating diverse technologies.
• Strong business acumen with negotiation skills and ability to bridge technology and business objectives.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working across international teams.
