Job summary

ANDERCO PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable project manager to oversee all phases from initial preparation to handover, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and profitability targets.

You will coordinate architecture-related activities, liaise with engineering, procurement, and finance teams, and lead subcontractor management to meet schedules. The role emphasizes risk management, value engineering, and client handover documentation, with evolving responsibilities as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Oversee design and project operations across architectural matters.
• Prepare risk management plans and contingencies.
• Participate in tender presentations and negotiations to secure projects.
• Administer Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
• Organise and proper handover of completion documents to clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise works at the project site from preparation to handover.
• Organize and manage subcontractors to achieve project schedule and budget.
• Ensure projects finish on time with quality and profitability for the company.
• Provide value engineering during tender and project execution.
• Support progress claim meetings and project coordination with Finance & Contracts teams.

Job Summary

Manage and supervise works done at the project site, from initial project preparation until the completion of handover.

Duties/Responsibilities

Managing and Oversee Design & Project Operation Dept.

• Manage all projects especially Architecture related matters
• Communicate the project plan to clearly define individual responsibilities, schedules and budgets
• Work closely with Engineering Service dept. to ensure updated construction drawing are used
• Work closely with Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials orders
• Manage and monitor all the material wastage
• Manage and deploy resources (manpower, material, machineries) required to achieve project schedules
• Organize & manage sub-contractors to achieve project schedule
• Ensure the projects finish on time with quality & profitability to the company
• Provide value Engineering dealing tender and project execution
• Participate in Progress Claim Meetings organized by the Finance Dept.

Prepare Risk Management Plan

• Build contingencies in to the plan to provide a reserve in the schedule for unforeseen future problems

Participant in Tender Presentation and Negotiation to Secure Projects

• Participate as a member of the Tender. Preparation Team comprising sales & contracts
• Undertake tender clarifications and negotiation with customers especially in technical matters
• Undertake verification with Sub-Contractors on technical matters and scope of works
• Provide value Engineering

Administer Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

• Ensure workers/sub-contractor comply with the company safety regulation

Organise and Proper Handover the Completion Project

• Ensure proper handover of construction documents to the Clients
• Ensure the Sub contractor submit the proper handover documents to the company
• Ensure the project deliver by us and sub-contractor to client(s) on schedule with "0" defect

Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge

• Build and train a competent technical team
