Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Planning, Execution-Costs, Scope Management, Stakeholder Management and Project Tracking, with mandatory Product Lifecycle Management experience.

Responsibilities include planning and execution, budget control, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, reporting to senior management, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Project Planning and Execution-Costs in the Government/Public Sector.
• Strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management.
• Experience with Project Tracking and Product Lifecycle Management is essential.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience in Project Planning and Project PL & Execution-Costs with Government and/or Public Sector
• Should possess strong skills in Project Scope Management and Project Stakeholder Management
• Must be proficient in Project Tracking and have a keen eye for detail
• Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project needs
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finishStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certifications Required

• PMP Certification or equivalent is required. Certification in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus.
