Project Planning & Coordination
Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
Lead project team to complete project within schedule.
Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultants, project managers and clients.
Technical Oversight
Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
Project Management
Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.
Requirements
ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
Office proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Fluent in English, both written & spoken
