The Agency in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead experience design projects from ideation to delivery, coordinating creatives and developers with clients to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will be part of the Experience team. The Experience team believes in innovating and pushing the boundaries of experience design. They research, review, iterate and develop meaningful interactions between the client's product and its intended users. The team is made up of Researchers, Product Managers, Project Managers, UX Designers, UI Designers and Developers.
As the Project Manager, you will work closely alongside our core team and clients to plan and deliver projects on time, while achieving quality and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to lead projects from ideation to completion, driving effective performance in our team of creatives and developers. You should also be a personable individual who can manage communications and cooperation between our team and the client's working team.
Manage and see projects through from start to finish - this includes scoping, requirements gathering, resource management and building out timelines based on our design and development processes
Assess and apply the right project management methodology (agile or waterfall practices) to ensure the success of our projects. This will also include facilitating both internal and external sessions such as kickoff meetings, standups, sprint planning etc.
Provide direction and support to all project team members so that they have all the necessary information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments and blockers should they arise, to ensure that the project is able to continue and proceed smoothly
Demonstrate critical thinking when it comes to problem-solving, task prioritisation and managing multiple project timelines
Be comfortable working in a cross-functional team across all levels and departments, understanding the various working styles and adapting accordingly
Manage conflict in a neutral and diplomatic manner, with the primary focus of moving the project forward
Practise active listening and exercise empathy when communicating with both internal and external teams
