Job summary

KIM BOCK CONTRACTOR PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead LTA infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role focuses on defining scope, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of LTA project experience, strong contract administration knowledge, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• PEB recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' LTA project experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry across the full project life cycle.
• Experience in Civil Engineering - infrastructure, LTA/NParks/SLA/PUB projects beneficial.
• Strong technical knowledge for civil engineering projects and contract administration.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills, with team leadership.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

1. Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognised Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum of 5 years' of LTA project experience in the construction industry
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry, ideally with involvement in all stages of a project life cycle from tendering to handover (Complete whole project cycle)
4. Prior experience in Civil Engineering - Infrastructure work, LTA/NPARKS/SLA/PUB projects, relating to construction and landscape works or terms key related project will be advantageous.
5. Solid technical knowledge for Civil Engineering project and contract administration
6. Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills including lead project teams with results orientated
7. Proactive and ability to work in fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
