Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore seeks a Project Manager (Construction - LTA Project) to lead a civil engineering team on a major LTA assignment. You will oversee project implementation, allocate resources, manage schedule and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, PE/BC recognition, safety certification, at least 5 years PM experience on LTA projects, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• PE Board/BC recognition is preferred.
• Construction safety certification is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.
• Leading and mentoring a team by setting guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision when necessary.
• Ensuring all works meet company quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.
• Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meet client and regulatory requirements, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
• Other adhoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by PE Board/BC
• Certificate in Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
• 5 years civil engineering project management experience A MUST
• Excellent leadership, time management, analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to implement Construction Project Management good practices
• Organised, meticulous with positive work attitude
• LTA Project, pipe jacking, utility diversion experience required
• Proficient with AutoCAD
