Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing design and construction teams.
• Experience with projects of similar scale and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure all installation works comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance to all government and building regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to main contractors and consultants.
• Prepare monthly project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.
• Manage manpower and overtime cost to ensure optimal cost benefit.
• Ensure good communication and working relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure strict adherence to WSH policies and regulations.
• Attend technical and site meetings.
• Manage project workflow from shop drawings to site installation.
